As a follow-up to my alternator pulley question below, I'm now wondering if
I got the correct Bosch alternator (model #AL513X). My concern stems from a
reply I got from one lister who said that the same pulley was used as was on
the old Lucas alternator. Also, someone said they used the old connector.
This model (AL513X) has studs on the back for electrical connections.
I also had to mount this alternator up-side-down for correct alignment.
But, this may be due to it needing to line up with my supercharger pulley.
The alignment didn't look as good when it was mounted right-side-up. So, not
a big concern here.
I got this model either off a previous list posting or from the article on
the VTR site re: "Bosch Alternator Conversion". Any insight here?
Thanks again,
Seth Glass

the Bosch (model for the 80 Ford Fiesta), model # AL513X and can get back to
me ASAP, I would be appreciative.

give me specs, source, etc on what pulley needs to be used with the Bosch
alternator. I'm in a sort of a time crunch to get this car finished by this
Sunday.
