Tach housing

Thanks to everyone who responded to my 1st question today.  Please help with 
another.  My current tachometer housing is corrosion free.  I'd like to use 
it with the replacement tach gauge that I purchased from a friend.  It looks 
to be easily seperated from the housing by removing the two screws on the 
back.  Any more complicated than that?
