Alan,
You want speedometers? Well the TR6 has lots of variations. As a
background, the speedometer was calibrated for the differential ratio - not
the transmission speedo gear! So you had a speedo for the 3:45 and another
for the 3:71. Add in another option of having it calibrated for KPH vs.
MPH and now you have double your choices. Next take into consideration
that the style changed around 1973 and you've double your choices again!!

I asked about speedometers a couple days ago and would like to
ask the question differently.
How many type of speedometers were there for TR6s? (Mine says
SN 6409/08 A 1120, 1120 being turns per mile)
Were there different ones (as in turns per mile) for different read
ends?
How many different rear end ratios are there? I thought they were
3.7:1 or 3.45 (except for Bob Lang with the 4.1:1).
