The 46 sure does count.  An average '46 chevy truck may have a syncro but not 
the 5 ton industrial model (available from the factory with fuel tank or 
grain box setup).  It came with a 4 speed non-syncro tranny with a 2 speed 
vacuum operated rear axle.
