  Rolf,
    There are some very high output units which are very small and these
  are made for the real motorsport market (as opposed to the "Go Faster"
  brigade). I use a 75amp Lucas 25ACR type using a solid billet bracket
  made for me at DERA Farnborough and a Poly-Vee kit from Autocross
  in Bracknell with a Cosworth nylon adjusting bracket. Works  a treat.

  For a LHD Vixen this isn't so easy with a Kent crossflow. I wonder if
you 
  can cant the unit upwards by using a dogleg type bracket.
  Sounds a bit tricky to me.
