On the stock arrangement you can't get one master cylinder out without
removing both. So if you unhooked the clutch slave it will need to be
bled.
On my car I had everything out including the pedals, made it much easier
to free everything up.

If you can install / remove the brake master cyl. without disturbing the
clutch, then you won't have to bleed it.
