Easier than that, pull the inside of the dizzy apart and re-install the 
connection to the mechanical advance 180-out. Assuming you ain't 
got one a dem cheatin-dog dizzies ;-) 

Or use the infamous long 5/16 bolt and rotate the dizzy drive 180.

By definition, the cam cannot be 180 out. The dizzy drive can be...
