THANKS Paul and Peter,

Here is what Moss Says:

It is a bit confusing!

"Front Wheel Bearings

Front wheel bearings are thrust bearings: if installed backwards, the hubs
may come loose from the axels. Bearings marked "thrust" on the outer race
must have this marking face the bearing spacer. Bearings marked "thrust" on
the inner races must be installed with the "thrust" away from the bearing
spacer. Bearings with no "thrust" markings must be installed with the
thicker edge of the outer races facing inwards towards the bearing spacer.
The illustration above shows the correct orientation of different available
bearings. Note the orientation of the thrust (thick) and non-thrust (thin)
sides of the bearing races."

I guess the key phrase is: Bearings with no "thrust" markings must be
installed with the THICKER edge of the OUTER races FACING INWARDS towards
the bearing spacer.

Now that I have read it a few dozen times I understand.... I was reading as
inner bearing and outer bearing instead of outer and inner race.

NOT RIGHT!!!!

The thrust surfaces should be facing each other. Said another way, on each
individual wheel, the thrust sides should be towards the center of the hub.
