Last summer I came out of the local farm supply store (if they don't have it
, I don't need it) and saw a couple of kids looking under the hood of a new
Mustang convertible with a young girl behind the wheel. One of them told her
to start it up just as I was walking by and it was hammerin' something
awful. I told her to shut it off and pulled the dipstick- yep, bone dry. She
had just had the oil changed at the Jippy-Lube place across town. We had it
towed over to the shop, they had forot the "oil" in "oil change". I believe
the total for that little trick was around $4500.
