dealing with the tuv?

i have been rather bad about following the carb, intake,  and needle
selection discussions here.  but what is the problem with passing the tuv?
i have some personal experience with the tuv(preparing cars for shipment
from america to germany) and have a german step mother and german relatives.
any questions about meeting the tuv i would be glad to attempt to field
here.  so if i can be of assistance please just ask?
