Part of my earlier problem with getting the car started was another bad
starter. Got that replaced and now it is turning over fine. New plugs, new
cap, new wires, new rotor button, it's getting fuel, it's getting spark.
I'm turning the distributer to try to get it in time. I've tried rotating
180 degrees. The car turns over and fires, but won't start, and shoots
flames out the carb sometimes. Anybody have any ideas what could be the
problem? It's a 1500 newly rebuilt with the higher compression pistons, by
the way. Thanks!
