Hi, Philip!
There are only the three grease nipples you found, none on the tie rod ends
(permanently lubricated, until they wear out).  The steering rack is
lubricated normally with oil (I use 90W gear oil).  There is no nipple, but
a filler plug located on the top of the rack, just enough under the
radiator to make it a bear to get in and out.  I fill it with a pump oiler
to which I attach a length of clear tubing.  Take a look at its location
and you'll see why.

You fill the front shocks by removing the largest of the hex bolts on top
of the shock.
