It's been over 30 years, but I still remember going to the auto parts
store to get some bolts for my '64 Triumph TR-4...
Me: I need a bolt like this one.
CP: (looking at bolt) What's it for?
Me: It shouldn't matter, I just need a bolt.
CP: What for?
Me: (sigh) A Triumph.
CP: (handing me back the bolt) That's one of them foreign metric bolts.
We don't have any of that sh@T.
Me: (handing him back the bolt) Its a standard bolt.
CP: No, it's metric. (comparing it to a standard bolt) I'll be, it is a
regular bolt.
Me: (sigh) How much?
