The OE wheels are 14"x4.5'. The only modern tire that will fit *safely*
is a Kumho Power Star 758, a 145R14 tire. MiniMania used to import and
sell them.
You can sometimes find a 14"x5.5" wheel that was used on some later
commercials. I've never succeeded.
