One of our cars has been running but is currently down waiting for some
parts to be rebuilt. The other completely new car will probably be ready
for testing this coming week. The first car has a rather unique (for
Mini-Baja) variable speed toroidal drive that is working but having a few
teething problems. However, it looks promising at this point and is
certainly providing a serious engineering education which is what this is
all about anyway.
