Guys,

Havespent weekend sorting and preparing my engine bits for
machining etc. Will have lots of questions as time goes by but here
are 3 for now.

Question 1:

Rear crank oil seal - is there a recognised was of fitting a modern
seal?

Question 2:

Front crank seal - I got a brass thrower from S&V p/n 1183X - so far
so good. What do I do about the worn hole in the front casting -
should I get it built up and then line bored to the right clearance or is
the latest thing to fit a modern seal here?

Question 3:

Cylinder Head
Is there a recognized way of fitting a seal to the vertical shaft to keep
oil from the dynamo etc?
