If you are in another country (not the UK), absolutely, positively have to
have a part, and no one else can supply it, you don't care whether you
receive the correct part as described, and you don't care what it
costs.....BW is your man!!
Remember, when you get the wrong crate of parts, to get a refund, you merely
have to pay shipping back to the UK!! No problem!!
I am sure....absolutely sure...that there are worse suppliers who can be
trusted even less. I just have not found many.
I say again - the best way to deal with Barry is this: Stand in front of
him. Take the part into your hand and examine it. Ask him what he wants
for it. If you want the part, pay him while keeping the part in your hand.
Take the part with you and arrange your own shipping. This method is proven
to work!
I still deal with him...face to face.
