Hi Lew,

I agree on the time period you state for Lucas - Rotax takeover, but I also 
think most MMM cars had Rotax PLC's. My PB is the 18th built and it had a Rotax 
switch, and all the factory photo dash shots I've seen under magnification have 
Rotax PLC switches. Can't tell what ALL the cars had, but I generally use 
Rotax. The PB factory photo car (PB0251) also had Rotax.

I know an electrical MMM guy in England thinks it should only be Lucas on MMM 
cars and it should be the high - low charge system rather than OFF and D S H 
but I don't see how that can work with the cutouts MMM cars use. And I have 
NEVER seen a Lucas HIGH - LOW PLC (TA style) switch in brown for Ps and Ns. So 
I'm sticking with the ROTAX switches, black or brown.
