I realize you have a GT6, but it is behaving very much like my TR4 when I ha=
d a crack in a cylinder. It would hold pressure during a pressure test, and i=
t even held a vacuum, yet it would push water out and replace it with =E2=80=
=9Cair=E2=80=9D ( combustion gases) when running. Assuming your head is ok, t=
here could be a crack in a cylinder that the machine shop missed.  Given the=
 high pressures in the combustion chamber i would not think that that any so=
rt of =E2=80=9Cstop leak=E2=80=9D would work.
Let us know what you find out.
