I echo that 50 mpg with the Turbodiesel! My wife commutes big time (23,000
miles
so far in less than 9 months) and the mileage is great... even as an automatic.
Though it is not a fast car, the torque is really good, it barely smokes on
start
up, and the car is a nice driver and good handler. We are really happy,
especially
since we went from a 15 mpg Ford Explorer.
