Tires are a choice of driving style and use. I drive my car three times a
month. When I do drive, my object is performance. Tire mileage, Ride quality
does not even figure in my choices.
So, what is the goal? Stock look? High Mileage? Ride softness? Wheel size?
Speedometer accuracy? Medium performance? high performance or Competition?
Each answer changes the choice. There are a few brand models that will give
you the happy medium. The Yoko's are a good example.
Robbie, Start shopping, Tire Rack is a great information source even if you
don't buy from them. Their selection is unbeatable. But, you will pay again
for mounting at a shop, so, figure that in to their quoted price.
