Please don't pass it on!

One of the obvious signs of a hoax is the request to pass it on / tell
everyone you know.  Another is the absense of any reference to a
source that could be used to verify the information, such as a URL.

In this case, there was a URL included, which links to a real but
unrelated bulletin on the Department of Homeland Security's web site.
