1. cross out the superflous entries on the waivers to reduce the amount of
time needed to fill out the form. for example, its been my understanding we
dont need to fill in the membership number or status columns.
2. have more than 2 clipboards
3. at peak times (early AM), we need 2 people to work waivers. the rush
before noon wasnt too bad.
4. figure out a way to attach the pens to the clipboards. the spring isnt
great, what about a springy thing? or even have pens with good clips.
5. redesign the waiver form so there are more signatures on one page. also,
it isnt clear where the last line is on the current forms, so some people
flip to the next page, creating a mess of partially completed pages.
