Hmmm... maybe he is, maybe he isn't.... given the fact that when reaching
from a bike with your right hand you can't accelerate - thus leaving
yourself as an open target for the vindictive drivers who could make a very
quick turn to the left whilst "trying to reach for their phone.".... Squish!
