My home insurance covered about 2k of my wheels/tires taken from a previous 
Stockton event.  Still out 1k , but at least something.  I don't believe the 
SCCA event insurance covers theft.  Your auto insurance probably covers theft 
of items attached to the car.  Deductibles of course would apply.
