Well, you gotta do more homework than just listening
to the experts here on the free net. Oakland is the
same distance for us hillbillies as Marina. Just one
less hill to climb but since you don't tow, that ain't
a big deal. There are very good reasons for not going
to the place, but distance is not one of them. Living
here on the west side of the country often means
getting up well before 6AM to travel east for the
"benefits", but it's worth it to away from "civilization".
