Take it for what its worth, but I have to use 3rd a lot in the '01 LS I've
been running in Street Tire. From what folks have told me, the 5 speed
has a taller 2nd, which I think would be a nice thing to have. I dunno if
there are any 6-speed-only options that you'd want however.
