water pump is supposedly the first to go.  underdrive pulleys will help, but
then idle is a problem.  there are other problems... i dont know how easily
the 6 port 13B can be modified for that amount of air... options for porting
are limited.  turbo is another way... but thats a lot to ask of an older
motor.

the GSL-SE 13B has the biggest/strongest apex seals of any rotary (3mm).

a better candidate is to build up a bridge ported 4 port 13B.  lightweight,
balanced rotors are common for high RPM motors, as well as new housings.
you can look forward to over 225 HP, up to 300hp.  hope you like blipping
the throttle at stop lights :)  choose a weak clutch so you dont toast the
tranny and rear end.  torsen from a miata is a trick setup, but i dont know
how much torque they are rated for.
