Bugs in SM

Would Jack Van Wettering's bug be legal in SM? It sounds like this class was
made just for him. 

If yes, what do y'all think it would take to persuade him to go to
Nationals?

How many OSP cars do y'all think are SM legal? If you're in OSP and you're
on this list, would you consider going to Nationals? I think the rule is
your car must have a back seat. I can find out more information for you, if
you're interested. There is an SM website.
