I have used the one that Randall references (Mercury Marine) for the past 8 years and it works great. You can even get the replacement tubes with the oil that screws into the devise at any boat shop.

If you take the second one you have listed and remove the leaver that you squeeze and then at the end add a pump button and then the meal grease canister would be replaced with a plastic tube of oil
