Hi all, On my TR7 can I remove the oil pressure switch from the oil transfer unit and run a tube for an oil pressure gauge into there instead? Any suggestions on brand of gauge that will fit/is recom

On my TR7 I used a 1/8" pipe tee and used the oil pressure switch with a gauge. Other than being somewhat close quarters to get to I've had no problems. On the matter of electric versus mechanical, I

Should be easy to fit the gauge in place of the switch. My preference is towards mechanical gauges, but they have the distinct disadvantage that if anything goes wrong with the tube to the gauge, it
