- the K indicates? Uh, it indicates that you've either found a Triumph GT6 or that someone has switched commission number plates and titles with such a car. And KC wouldn't be a 1971. It would be 1970

- K Some TR's were shipped "completely knocked down" to other countries for assembly. They would then have a prefix for that country. The only prefix I know for sure was Belgium (it was an "I" [eye]),

- Not to be nit-picky, but the Alphabetic Prefix for Belgium built Knocked-down kits was "B" and replaced some time afterwards by the numeric prefix "1" (one). The complete list of numeric prefixes is
