- Ed, have you looked into the PDWA to see if its set properly? If not, checking/ resetting it should be described in almost any TR workshop manual. I think you should also see the Oil or Ignition warn

- You've got a bulb out, or the oil pressure switch doesn't work, or there's a bad wire/connection somewhere. Both the brake and oil pressure lights should glow (dimly) when you turn the key on without

- That would be my guess as well. Admittedly, I've not yet rebuild a TR6 master, but I've done many of the very similar GT6+/Mk3 and Spitfire Mk3/IV/early 1500 cylinders and have had them last as long

- I've had a similar problem, except that so far it's only shown up with prolonged pedal pressure (e.g., sitting at a traffic light). I disassembled the 3-year-old m/c to replace the (overpriced) seals

- It's almost certainly the master cylinder. Rebuilding these units at home is very much hit or miss - I've stopped doing it myself. Send them to Stainless Steel Brakes or White Post to have them resle

- You mention "pedal droop" on your TR6. Check your front wheel bearing "end play". I'll bet the bearings are loose. If that fails, make sure that your rear brakes seat fully and are adjusted properly
