I have run into this problem myself... and found that the cylindrical motor mounts seem to maintain a better height than the box-like mounts... but I still have one big washer in there for distance.

In both cases the rear mount looks good, but niether is new. As a side note, everone who has responded to me about this problem, with personal experiance, has referred to a NON Over Drive car. Both c
