You may want to try changing the damper piston oil. The problem you describe could mean no oil in dashpots or too lightweight of an oil. Conversely it could also mean to thick of an oil and the pist

You may have gotten a bad release bearing, but I'll throw this out. Check the crankshaft end float. the squealing noise you hear may be the crank riding against the block with no thrust washer.i.e.:
