- Looking inside the chuck, I do see a Torx screw. But the directions make no mention of removing this screw. Maybe I'll try hammering it a little harder like Mike Sloane suggested and then attempt to

- First, thanks to all that replied. it in a clockwise direction to loosen the Torx screw. Next remove the screw (left-hand threads), then stick the allen wrench back into the chuck and give it a good
