First, thanks to all that replied.
>From the horse's mouth (DeWALT), stick the allen wrench into the chuck. Tap
it in a clockwise direction to loosen the Torx screw. Next remove the screw
(left-hand threads), then stick the allen wrench back into the chuck and
give it a good hit in the counter-clockwise direction.
I guess this helps avoid stripping the Torx screw.
