There is a length of pink (from what I have seen) resistive wire hidden in the loom as Kelvin describes with a white (up to 76) or white/brown (77 on) tail at the fusebox end and a white/light-green

Hi all, Just an update. I replaced the resistive cable with a ballast resistor as Kelvin and Paul H. suggested. Worked like a charm. Now is that resistor supposed to get that hot when the ignition is
