Are you replacing just the element in the original canaster or going with the whole K&N replacement filter with a base and cover. If you use the later you should be running stub stacks inside the fil

When did they introduce 3 wipers? A friend just bought a 68 MGB that has 2 wipers. My old 68 had 3 and I don't think I've ever seen a 68 with 2 wipers.

You definitely should replace the ones with elongated holes. And as long as the others show no wear there is no reason not to use them.
