- VDO makes the correct size tach & speedo- both electric- but they are special order. Several styles are available. Also, their 2 1/8" small gauges fit the dash & are available electric or mechanical.

- All the Buick V8, V6 & Rover water pumps exit to the passenger side. Best pump is for the Buick 300, as it has more capacity than the 215 & has a better angle to the outlet. NAPA 5050 is a good start

- Assuming there is oil in the crankcase, it looks like the oil pump has lost prime. Your low oil pressure readings are not all that low. These engines normally run around 20 lbs oil pressure at idle.
