I have the article in the 1986 "Hot Rod Engine Annual" and the only mention of Volvo I can find is the use of Volvo intake valves as oversize replacements in the 300 Buick head. It says they are .04

I called Moser and then shipped the axles to them. They filled the 5 holes, redrilled the new ones and turned down the register ( hub ) to MGB diameter. They can turn it to match your drums / rotors
