After going thru the rule book again I have found a place in the rules that says a fuel line can be run in the cockpit as long as it is steel or steel braided. A remote still looks like the best deal

I mount my jet box at the upper left front of the engine, it is controlled by a handle inside the car with a 3/16" rod between the handle and the jet box. Works great for me. As to the range of jets
