I didn't have very good luck getting the 1/4 windows to seal watertight with the standard window tape. I found that clear silicone worked well. That may lose you some points in a show, but it is not

The drivetrain on Bricklins is reliable and easy to maintain. Any car around 25 years old can be expected to need some mechanical repairs occasionally, but Bricklins are above average in reliability
