Jiggling the rotor will usually seat the distributor. If that isn't sufficient, crank the engine a little. If you lose the TDC alignment, take out the number 1 spark plug and feel when the piston hits its top position. You can differentiate between between the compression and exhaust strokes by feeling for pressure coming out of the spark plug hole. Scott |
