I think it depends on regional dues. In SFR, the regional dues is $20. Some foks "shop" around for the region with the cheapest dues and use that region as their region of record. :-) --Pat Kelly

The reason our region runs STS is because Pro Solo uses it and some of our folks run Pros. As long as Pro Solo offers STS, so will drivers who want the practice. Deciding what tires are legal is real
