One item that you ought to be very concerned about is the d.o.t date stamp of the tires. Trailer tires ought not to be used more than about 7 years - independant of the miles driven on them. When stored the tires ought to be deflated about 10psi and raised off the ground if able. The atmosphere, ambient temp, sunlight, ozone... will eventually harden them and prevent the tire rubber from flexing properly resulting in delamination. I say this from personal experience.
