If the digitize C-Hook is executed on a Pentium computer running Windows 3.1,
it will hang. This problem can be fixed by getting a new communications
driver, comm.drv, from your computer manufacturer and copying it to
\windows\system. For example, Dell provides a file called 665.zip,
which contains winfix.zip, which in turn contains comm.drv and winread.
