Listers, I am currently working on a Taraschi Formula Jr. (Fiat 1100
powered) which has sand cast Weber carbs--32DCOA3. My problem is that
the carbs are missing their little caps which go over the jets. This is

not the round type found on modern side-draft Webers but rather a sand
casting about 1 in by 3 in held on by four studs and nuts. It has the
Weber emblem secured it in the middle. My understanding is that this
part isn't necessary for the car to run and that in the era, many people

removed this "cap" thinking that they could obtain better performance.
Weber called the part "lids." My questions:

1. Does anybody know where I could get these parts?
2. Does anybody know where I might be able to get complete carbs of
this type?
3. Does anybody know if Weber is on the web?
4. Does anyone know of a Weber dealer that has been in business long
enough that they might have parts for these carbs?

Any help would be appreciated.
