He was chasing "Le Chiffre" (Orson Welles). I think the line was,
"Le Chiffre thinks he's faster than me, but I am faster in my Lotus
Formula 3. Hee hee!"
He then roars off and promptly crashes the car. ;=( I wonder what
happened to it.
"Casino Royale" was chock full of tidbits and cameos. You really have
to watch that film closely.
