Let's give this this person the benefit of the doubt. How do we know he's
not just an interested ( and inexperienced ) spectator? Even if he is a new
driver with poor instruction, there's no need for ridicule.
Ok heres an easy one, I saw a Blue flag with yellow or orange strip, what
gives? Is this the debris flag?
